TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the full TOS below:
i. PAYMENT
All the prices listed below are in CAD, and are to be transferred to me via PayPal or Kofi.

Everything will be paid upfront. I will not begin the commission until I have received the payment.

For each character you add on, it will be 80% of the original price.

Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the commission.
ii. USAGE
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. You, the client, may not claim it as your own or use it for anything other than personal use.

You have my permission to repost the artwork wherever you would like, as long as proper credit is given and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

Do not use my art as a reference with the exception of custom designs, whether that’s tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.

You may not alter the image in anyway without my consent, with the exception of cropping the image.

You cannot use my art for profit, (reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.)
iii. REFUNDS
If the commission is cancelled (by me or you) before work has started, then you will receive a full refund.

If you decide to cancel the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis. You will receive an 80% refund at the sketch phase, and a 50% refund once I am done with the line art.

No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime for any reason, whether that’s because the commission is too complex or simply beyond my abilities. A full refund will be given in this scenario, regardless of completion.

If the commission is taking too long (2 months+) because I simply forgot about it, I am willing to reduce the price.

Provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; and any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.

The more references the better! I accept detailed descriptions too, and when I say detailed, I mean detailed. I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy without references, but I will try my best!

To make it easier for me, please follow this format when messaging me about commission details:Type of commission: black & white/flat coloured/shading/custom design/etc.

I will provide WIPs throughout the progress (rough sketch, cleaned-up sketch, base colours.) I’m willing to make changes to the pose and colour during and after the rough sketch phase, but once the commission is completed, I will not make any big changes to it.

I’ll try to provide at least a rough sketch within the first two weeks of receiving a commission. You’re welcome to ask for a WIP at any time, and feel free to give me a reminder if you suspect that I forgot about it (I am very sorry if I do.)
